Shanghai ZC has cooperated with a certain power system company for many years, providing it with electric drive systems for new energy vehicles. ZC has completed the configuration and integration of SafeTlib self-test items and TC2XX chip security mechanisms, as well as the development and integration of TLF35584 chip drivers and self-test software.
Shanghai ZC also provides on-site technical support to customers, assisting them in successfully obtaining the ISO 26262:2018 Automotive Functional Safety ASIL C product certification certificate issued by SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd. (Shanghai).
The SafetyFrame product software of Shanghai ZC supports multiple mainstream chips, including Infineon's TC2xx series, TC3xx series, NXP's MPC5xxx series, S32K1xx series, TI's TDA4VM, ST's SPC58 series, and Renesas' RH850 series. The variety of supported chips is leading in the industry.
The SafetyFrame product software (including SafetyLibrary, SBC, and the three-tier functional safety architecture) can realize the detection and driving functions of chip modules. At the same time, it achieves software program flow monitoring and includes E2E functionality.
Last month, Shanghai ZC Technology Co., Ltd. also officially initiated the product certification process for the highest functional safety level, ASIL-D, with SGS.
In the future, Shanghai ZC will rely on its technical advantages to give full play to its strengths in its specialized fields and strive for the development of the new energy automobile industry.
