Basic software

The ZC.MuNiu basic software platform is developed based on the AUTOSAR standard, providing a complete basic software platform solution for automotive electronic controller products.

The ZC.MuNiu basic software products feature the following characteristics:

① Developed in accordance with ASPICE and ISO26262 processes, supporting customers in obtaining corresponding certifications;

② Providing a host computer configuration tool chain based on the AUTOSAR ARTOP architecture;

Tool software

The ZC.XuanWu upper computer software provides solutions for automotive electronic applications related to diagnostic modules, including program flashing, diagnostics, automated testing, and customized services.

The ZC.XuanWu upper computer is adaptable to various application scenarios for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, allowing users to conveniently perform diagnostics and testing in laboratory benches, test vehicles, and actual vehicles.

The ZC.XuanWu upper computer also supports the import of diagnostic questionnaires in Excel format, automatic generation of test cases, Python-based automated diagnostics and flashing test functions, greatly expanding its application scope.


Functional Safety

ZC.MuNiu offers a complete basic software platform solution for the development of automotive electronic controller products.

The SAFETY FRAME chip functional safety library software package is configured through the graphical interface of the ZC.MuNiu platform's upper computer configuration tool. It is developed based on ISO26262-10 as a standalone safety element out of context (SEOOC) and completes the design of built-in safety mechanisms for key device modules based on AOU diagnostic coverage requirements. It provides customized development of functional safety libraries and software architectures for MCUs and SBCs in automotive controllers.

SAFETY FRAME references the EGAS three-tier architecture design, including self-test for MCU internal modules (i.e., SF.MCU) and drivers for SBC hardware safety mechanisms (i.e., SF.SBC). Based on the principle of software modularization and layering, SAFETY FRAME implements Function Controller and Monitoring Controller using SF.MCU and SF.SBC, respectively, and deploys them at EGAS Level 2 and Level 3, fully considering the application requirements for program flow monitoring and shutdown path design.

Cybersecurity

ZC  can provide various information security solutions based on both hardware and software, as well as self-developed information security libraries (CryptoLibrary) based on hardware security modules (HSM).

ZC has extensive experience in mass production of information security projects and supports a variety of industry-standard information security solutions: Secure Boot, Secure Diagnostic, Secure OC (Over-the-air communication), Secure Update, Secure Debug, Secure Storage, and Secure Log, with support for customized development.

The ZC information security library already supports multiple hardware and software encryption algorithms, including AES, HASH, CMAC, ECC, RSA, national cryptography algorithms SM2, SM3, SM4, ED25519, X25519 key exchange, and X.509 certificate parsing, meeting the algorithmic needs of different scenarios.

FOTA

ZC.QingLong FOTA is a bootloader software independently developed by ZC. ZC.QingLong FOTA already supports multiple chipsets and complies with the program flashing specifications of numerous automakers such as SAIC, Geely, Volkswagen, and BMW. It has been mass-produced and applied to various controller products.

The ZC.QingLong FOTA software supports functions such as hardware and software-based SecureBoot, Bootloader Updater, and OTA (A/B partitioning, rollback), providing customers with multiple upgrade and protection solutions for upgrading their APP software.
