Project Background
ZC Technology provided deep configuration services based on Vector Microsar for a Great Wall Motors project. Centered on the Infineon TC399 chip platform, the project aimed to build an automotive basic software system that meets high safety and real-time performance requirements, addressing the complex needs of the vehicle's electronic and electrical architecture.
Technical Details
The project focused on multi-core resource scheduling and real-time performance assurance. For the TC399 three-core TriCore architecture, a task isolation and load balancing strategy was designed to ensure parallel execution of critical tasks such as security authentication and communication processing. By optimizing interrupt nesting and timer mechanisms, the response time of critical tasks was reduced to the microsecond level.
In terms of functional safety and information security, the project integrated the HSM hardware security module and supported hardware acceleration for the national cryptographic SM2 algorithm. Combined with AUTOSAR safety mechanisms (WDGM, DEM), the system met ASIL-B level requirements. Additionally, network wake-up management was configured via the SCR module to reduce power consumption, while DaVinci Configurator was used to precisely configure the timing of peripherals such as SPI and PWM, ensuring communication stability. Key technical challenges addressed included leveraging TC399 physical memory partitions (e.g., DSPR, PSPR) to optimize data storage and access efficiency, and reducing multi-core conflicts through DLMU/LMU partitioning. The project also utilized the Vector DaVinci toolchain to automate the configuration and code generation of BSW modules, resolving MICROSAR compatibility and MemMap conflict issues.
Project Highlights
Achieved a 100% pass rate in static code analysis, fully covering ASIL-B functional safety requirements, and optimized system startup time by 30%.
Through optimization of MICROSAR OS multi-core scheduling, the CPU load of TC399 was reduced by 25%, and memory fragmentation was controlled within 5%.
Provided full-process accompanying support, with demand response times under 4 hours and a 100% resolution rate for critical issues.
Delivered customized MCAL modules and diagnostic components fully adapted to Great Wall Motors' project-specific diagnostic specifications.
