Product Introduction

With the rising tide of intelligence in automobile industry, it has become a practical choice for many main engine factories to promote the application of products in the direction of assistant driving.

ZC TC397 ADAS domain controller is used as the engineering sample / engineering development platform to facilitate the rapid prototyping stage for customer and accelerate the product development. Based on this engineering sample / engineering development platform, customers can integrate FCW、EBA、AEB、ACC、LDW、LCK、ELK、HBA、TJA/ICA、HWA、TJP、ESA、BSD、LCA、RCTA、FCTA、RCW、DOW、UPA、APA、RPA and so on.

Based on the Infineon TC397 chip, this hardware product provides the peripheral functions such as on-board Ethernet, CANFD, Lin, high-drive, low-drive, etc. According to the diagnosis of these functions and power supply, customers can carry out the design and development required by ISO 26262 ASIL D.

Product Feature

TC397 ADAS domain controller is used for the L2 + autopilot scenario, including but not limited to:

ØHighway scenario, HWA/TJP

ØLow-speed parking scenario, RPA

ØMedium-speed city scene, TJA

This product supports both L3 and above autopilot scenarios. It can be used as a safety redundant sub-controller, and cooperate with the main autopilot controller, so that the autopilot function can reach the level of ISO2662 ASIL-D level requirements

Ø3 way vehicular Ethernet, the maximum speed up to 100M

Ø2 way Low Side, ADAS function alarm lamp driver.

Ø2 way LIN with access to ultrasonic sensors.

ØPrepare for ASIL D design to support multiple diagnostics.

ØSupport for OTA upgrades

ØThe main chip information is as follows:

TC397, Infineon latest generation MCU, 6 core, suitable for DCU development, supports HSM, Gigabit Ethernet, and ultra-high computing power, supports ASIL D.

ØTLF35584, Infineon PMIC chip, provides high-precision DCDC power supply and LDO power supply, integrated window watchdog and function watchdog module, and provides a variety of diagnostic functions to facilitate the implementation of ASIL D.

ØSJA1105, NXP 5 way vehicular Ethernet switching chip, each way can be configured to MII, RMII, RGMII mode, suitable for BroadR-Reach PHY. It also can connect fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet PHY.
